Strapping Tape

tesa® 4090 strapping tape has a strong tensilized polypropylene backing with a rubber resin adhesive. The adhesive has good initial tack and high shear resistance. Properly applied tape shrinks around loads and holds them tightly. Impact strength allows give-and-take without snapping. Designed for palletizing and unitizing corrugated and paper board boxes and non-critical bundling applications.

This product is a general purpose tensilized strapping tape is used for packaging, bundling, palletizing, colour-coding and unitizing applications. It is constructed of a tensilized MOPP film with a water-based acrylic adhesive system. This high strength tape is quick to bond to a variety of surfaces. Designed to keep boxes from shifting in transit and reinforces packages bearing significant weight.
