It has a tensile strength of 100 lbs/in (1751 N/cm) width and a pressure-sensitive synthetic rubber adhesive offers good shear strength to fibreboard, plastics, and most metal surfaces.

IPG RG15 175# PET Medium Grade Filament Tape is a clear, fibreglass reinforced polyester-backed pressure-sensitive strapping tape with a natural rubber/resin adhesive. Medium tensile strength, good adhesion and medium impact strength. Transparency permits visibility for retail items, packaging and bundling applications. Operating temperature range 40°F to 200°F (4°C to 93°C).

IPG 788 105# PET Utility Filament Tape is a polyester film backed tape, laminated to uni-directional fibreglass filaments and coated with natural rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive that adheres well to a variety of surfaces. The polyester film offers excellent scuff/abrasion and moisture resistance. Designed for the economy minded consumer. Provides excellent performance for light duty, general-purpose applications.

IPG RG286 100# BOPP Utility Filament Tape is a 1 mil polypropylene film with economical fibreglass reinforcements and a ‘solventless’ pressure-sensitive synthetic rubber/resin adhesive. Provides excellent adhesion to corrugated cartons and outstanding holding power. Designed for light bundling and strapping applications requiring lower tensile strength.
