Foam Sealants

Tremco Polyurethane Foam Cleaner is a multi-purpose cleaning agent used to dissolve uncured or fresh polyurethane foam, formulated without the use of any ozone-depleting materials. The product is uniquely designed for cleaning of the one-component professional dispensing units, and for general cleaning purposes such as tools, work surfaces, etc.

UltraSeal® PF-10 Foam Cleaner is a cleaning solvent used to dissolve any uncured foam and adhesive foam from unwanted places. Uniquely designed for use with the Nuco dispensing guns. Designed for cleaning foam from clothing, tools, construction surfaces and other general cleaning purposes.

PURfectseal® Gun Foam is a single-component, moisture-curing, low-expansion gun foam, which has good cold weather gun ability. It is specially formulated to be ‘O‐Zone’ friendly and is extremely economical — ideal for weather applications down to ‐10°C. Designed for sealing around windows & doors, general gap, crack and crevice filling/sealing, gap filling and retrofit construction.

Tremco ExoAir® LEF is a single-component, CFC-free, all-season, high performance, gun-grade polyurethane, closed cell foam that performs as a thermal barrier. ExoAir LEF is part of the Tremco T3 building envelope transition toolbox. It is best suited around window and door frame joints but can also be used as an effective joint filler in hidden applications. LEF is most commonly used as a thermal and sound barrier. The product can be installed in temperatures ranging from 14 to 95°F (-10 to 35°C).

UltraSeal® PF-100 Gun Foam is an Extreme All-Weather, low expansion, UL classified, one-component polyurethane foam designed for use in extreme temperatures and low humidity conditions, general sealing of gaps, holes and crevices. It can be applied in temperatures as low as 18°C. Designed for sealing around windows & doors, general gap, crack and crevice filling/sealing and sealing unrated pipe & duct penetrations.

UltraSeal® PF-50 Straw Foam is an Extreme All-Weather, low expansion, one-component polyurethane foam that is UL classified and designed for use in extreme temperatures and low humidity conditions. It is to be used with a straw dispenser. Ideal for general sealing of gaps, holes and crevices. This foam system does not require a gun dispenser for use. Designed for sealing around windows & doors, general gap, crack and crevice filling/sealing and sealing unrated pipe & duct penetrations.
